Yes. Customers are welcome to watch their custom PC being assembled at our build facility. The build begins only after your order is confirmed, and the packaging of components is opened only after payment confirmation.
Absolutely. Customers from outside Chennai can join the entire build process through a live video call. If you prefer, you can also visit our build facility in person and watch your PC being assembled.
Yes. If you would like to assemble your own PC, you can do so at our build facility with guidance from our technical team. This service is available after order confirmation and payment.
Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Chennai for eligible configurations, subject to component availability and order confirmation.
Yes. You can collect your completed PC directly from our pickup location. Pickup details will be shared after your order and payment have been confirmed.
For security and operational reasons, the build facility and pickup location are shared only after your order has been confirmed and the required payment has been received.
Yes. Cash payment is available. To reserve your order, you can pay a 5% advance, after which you may visit our build facility to complete the remaining payment and collect your PC.
To ensure complete transparency, all components remain factory sealed until payment has been confirmed. The seals are opened in your presence or during the live video session before assembly begins.
